We value your business and want to provide you with the best products and service possible. You can also visit our online catalog at www.reds-headers.net to place an order anytime.

Our goal is to process and ship your order the same day we receive it, however backorders or production delays can occur. We will notify you as soon as possible if there is a sold out item or manufacturing delay and give you our best estimate of delivery time.

Your order will be double checked for accuracy before it's carefully packed and shipped to you. Please open the box upon delivery.

Check the order for accuracy, fit and finish immediately and let us know if there are any problems within 7 days of delivery!

If we have made a mistake, we will promptly correct it. Shipping damage must be reported to the freight company directly and all packaging material must be saved. Returns must be made within 30 days of sale and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

You must include a copy of your original invoice with any return. Original shipping and other charges may not be refunded and custom or special order items cannot be returned. Coated headers must be returned undamaged to receive a refund. There are no returns on custom colored coated headers and absolutely no returns, for any reason on any products, after 1 year of invoice.
